This course is designed for new mothers who are looking to restore and strengthen their pelvicfloor after birth. The focus will be on gentle and effective exercises to aid in pelvic floorrecovery, improve core strength, and address any postpartum discomfort orpreventincontinence. You can bring your baby with you.

Best Time to start the class:
For vaginal birth: 6–8 weeks postpartum
For c-section: 10–12 weeks postpartum
Who Should Attend:
This course is suitable for women who have recently given birth (whether vaginal or cesarean delivery) and want to regain their pelvic floor strength andoverall body tone. No prior fitness experience is required, and babies of any age are welcometo join!
